I am looking to transfer my tenancy at an 8-bedroom house in Chapel Cross, Leamington Spa.

- The house is located right next to the parish church and is at a 1-minute walking distance from Iceland and Nisa Local.

- The house has 8 rooms and 4 bathrooms ( and an extra guest toilet) and is currently occupied by 7 girls, all 3-year students.

- The house has many shared living spaces including an attic with sofas, a living room, a big kitchen, a social space with bean bags and sofas in the basement and a back door which opens up to the garden.

- The house also includes a washing machine room with 2 washing machines and dryers and the living room has 3 large fridges for convenience.

- Looking for a potential female flatmate studying at the University of Warwick.

- The flat is a mix of Indian, British, French and Turkish nationalities and ethnicities but everyone speaks fluent English.
