Double bedroom to rent Mon - Fri ONLY in central Leamington Spa location. Private en-suite with bath, room comes with built-in wardrobe and desk. Cannot be classed as main residence, so ideally looking for a contractor/someone who is working in the area on a short-term basis. I have a small dog, but will likely be away most of the time during the week so essentially flat will be empty for personal use.
