Hey, thanks for viewing my ad. I am looking to rent one of my rooms out. The house is a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 minutes from The Parade. I am hoping to find a reliable flatmate and someone that is willing to keep the property clean. If we vibe, that's even better. As long as you are not a serial killer, I think we should be okay. I am the owner and the only other flatmate. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, and other shared facilities. The room also comes with a desk, perfect if you work from home or need a quiet study space.
