HIgh End Apartment - Double En-suite Room

I have a double room with en-suite available for rent.

My apartment is at the top of Northumberland Road, 10 minutes walk from town, 25 minutes walk from the station. Nice separate kitchen with washer / drier and dishwasher.

The room has a bed, it can be removed if you have one. The room has fitted wardrobes and shelves.

There is off road parking, with a dedicated space.

I thought it would be cool to have some company, I am looking for some one who is clean, tidy and chilled out. I work long hours at a developer so I like to relax during the week, and go out more at the weekends.

I like rock climbing and I will play on your 5 a side team.
