Double Room in newly Renovated Cottage for rent

The house is a 2 bed cottage with a driveway. There is only one room for rental. For some reason the listing seems to look as though its for the whole house, and I'm not sure how to change that !

The house is fully central heated and double glazed. TV, DVD,

Large kitchen diner with separate small utility room. Plenty of drying space for clothes indoors and outside (when its sunny !). The kitchen has a spare freezer, and plenty of cupboard space.

There are French doors onto a patio and large garden.

The bedroom to rent overlooks the garden at the back. However I have recently made the front bedroom vacant, so it would be possible to use either room. The bathroom is just next door, and has a roll top slipper bath and separate shower.

I am away quite a lot, so the person sharing would have full run of the house during the week. I may occasionally need to be around mid week.

I am looking for a single professional person who is friendly, clean and tidy ! The room will be available for 6 months, and anyone who would like a Monday to Friday or full-time rental would be very welcome to contact me.
