Room To Rent In Houlton, Rugby.

Hi , I have a room to rent Monday to Friday in a 4 bedroom detached house in houlton on the edge of rugby near junction 18 of the M1. Everything is included broadband bills etc! There's no minimum or end term. I currently have one female lodger here with me at the moment but she is looking at leaving in the the next month or two when her circumstances are right. Although the main bathroom is shared most of the time it would be your own other than my 11 year old son using the bathroom as I have my own ensuite. I am looking for a female only room mate as all my other lodgings was female, so I would like to keep it that way. The area is brand-new, good links to the motoway, there's one school and bistro restaurant near me and shops are a 5 minutes drive away.
