I am a professional female looking for another professional female to rent the spare room in my 2 bed detached bungalow. The right person needs to be ok with dogs as i have two. There are 3 garden areas on the property to enjoy. The bathroom has a brand new shower within a cubicle and a brand new combi boiler providing the hot water and central heating throughout. There is also Virgin Wifi with an added potential of Virgin tv in the room as an add on. Bills and Wi-Fi are all included in the rent. The house is just minutes from the town centre, walking distance to the train station and short drive to the motorways.
