CV21 3SG Entire House Near Rugby Rail Station

For short term let on daily basis minimum one night to 28 nights only.
Include all utility bills: internet, electricity, water , council tax.

A 2 bedroom mid-terrace house in South Street, Rugby within 10 minutes walking distance to Rugby Rail Station .
The house is kept as minimalist as possible to keep cost down for guests.
Additional person; child or adult (after 2 people) will be considered as a guest/individual.
Easy going and flexible host.
?55 per night for 2 guests. ?30 per night per guest after 2 guests. Maximum 4 guests.

The house is fully furnished with:
Ground floor
Lounge with sofa bed IKEA HAMMARN
Dining room with dining table and 4 chairs
Kitchen with oven, cooker ,two double bedroom, a lounge, kitchen and lounge. The house comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.

The house is equipped with kitchen units, electric hob, electric oven, central-gas heating, carpetted in bedrooms and dining room, laminated flooring in living room and lino flooring in kitchen and bathroom, tiled utility room with washing machine

Internet: There is a pocket WiFi/ Mobile Broadband (MiFi) provided. The Mobile Broadband is unlimited but subject to fair use policy thus not suitable for HD streaming, video downloading/ uploading or watching BBC iPlayer and the likes, Installing Apps as such. Only suitable for daily browsing such as checking emails, replying emails, replying to messages and the likes, browsing internet.

However there is no cable live TV to keep the cost down for Airbnb guest.
You can watch TV through the TV box which has pre-installed app player such as BBC Iplayer or ITV

Parking: South Street is a residential area. There is no allocated parking within the property. However, there are on-street parkings along the road. No permit required but on a first come first serve basis.

This is a self-check in and self check-out accommodation. However, you can access to me by calling or send messages. A general Guide Book will be provided to ease your stay. For longer term guest(s) ie more than 14 days, bed sheets, linens, duvet, pillow cases and general upkeep of the house will be refreshed and maintained every fortnight; 2 weeks.

You have access to your room and everywhere else of the house.

If there are only 2 guests booked, Bedroom 2 (the room closest to the bathroom) will be locked. If you need separate rooms, additional ?30 per night required.

Potential noise: close to road , primary school and next door has a friendly dog, next door is a family with young children
Stairs: There are stairs in the property

The Mobile Broadband is unlimited but subject to fair use policy thus not suitable for HD streaming, video downloading or uploading or BBC iPlayer, Installing Apps as such. Only suitable for daily browsing such as checking emails, replying emails, replying to Airbnb messages and the likes.
There is no live cable TV in the property and no allocated parking within the property.
Please do not adjust the boiler setting as it is set already.
I do not charge cleaning fee thus please be reasonable.
You will have the whole house to yourself thus please treat the place as you would your own.
