This is a quiet executive home in a lovely location on Cawston Grange, Rugby,
Within a short walk there are three pubs and local shops( co op, Tesco ), a chip shop, Chinese and Indian take away.
There is also a regular bus service (4), a 2 minute walk away, to rugby centre.
There is a lounge, kitchen and dinning room to share and a seperate bathroom for two of the rooms which has a bath and large shower unit in it.
