Room 1 - large double (if a couple takes this then the rent will be £560 pcm)
Room 2 - double - £480 pcm

All rooms comprise bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet. The house wifi and all bills are included.

All utilities are included - gas, electricity, Virgin high speed broadband, water rates, council tax & TV licence (TV licence covers the communal areas).

There is a TV provided in the communal area.

The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery, fridge/freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer.

A regular cleaner is provided to keep the communal areas tidy.

The garden has table & chairs provided for your enjoyment.
