Clean and tidy and should be willing to clean up after themselves.
 
Prospective tenants will need to provide references from employer and landlord, together with proof of identity photo ID (Passport or UK driving licence).
 
All bills are inclusive - council tax, heating, electricity, broadband, washing machine etc.
Cleaning service included for shared spaces.
