We have a refurbished house with 4 rooms, situated just 10 minutes walk from Rugby town centre & railway station. All immaculate and decorated to a high standard. NOT TO BE MISSED. We will have 1 of these rooms available now.

All rooms comprise bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet. The house WIFI and all bills are included.

All utilities are included - gas, electricity, Virgin high speed broadband, water rates, council tax & TV licence (TV licence covers the communal areas).

There is a TV provided in the communal area.

The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery, fridge/freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer.

A regular cleaner is provided to keep the communal areas tidy.
