In the basement, there is a large sitting room with kitchenette (fridge, electric hob, oven). There is a good sized double bedroom with a further room leading off the main bedroom. This second bedroom could be used for a variety of purposes - further storage, dressing room, desk etc. There is an ensuite shower room of your own.
There is a further small room with sink, and shared use of the washing machine and dryer.
This is a family home. One female adult occupies the house during the week. One teenage boy and the male adult come home for most weekends and in the school holidays.
There is off street free parking to the rear and to the front of the property.
We are a no-smoking house.
We have two small dogs, so you must be comfortable with them.
BT Infinity 2 Wifi serves the whole house which is fast enough for watching internet TV without issues.
You will have independent living in the basement area so if you like the idea of sharing a house but essentially having your own independent living space, this would be ideal.
Access to the basement is via the main hallway in the house.
