Double Ensuite Rooms for Single Occupancy

We have a refurbished house with 3 ensuite rooms available. All decorated to a high standard. NOT TO BE MISSED. All rooms are for single occupancy.

Rooms comprise small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The house has wifi and all bills are included apart from electricity which is charged per room payable on a pre-payment card as an extra charge.

The house is situated close to the centre of Rugby and is well positioned for all motorways, Rugby railway station and industrial estates.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and enjoys mixing with others.
