You'll have a furnished double bedroom with private bathroom. Bedroom features new wardrobe, small desk, new double bed + mattress. Private bathroom next door, has shower, sink and top of the range radiator + underfloor heating.

2 mins walk to corner shop
8 mins walk to Tesco metro
15 mins walk to Town Centre
9 mins walk to Rugby Station.
7 mins drive to Retail Park
You'll have shared use of dining room and kitchen with washing machine and dryer, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cupboard space.. sorry lounge is for our sole use.
