- Use of an office room, seperate from my own.

- Per room heating control.
- Per room Philips Hue.
- Off street parking (I have an electric car charger if required too).
- Use of garden space.
- Use of the kitchen, living room, utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

I do have a dog but she isnt allowed upstairs, is well behaved and good natured.
