Must View Double Bedroom in Rugby!

I have a double bedroom available in Rugby and I am looking for a suitable housemate to take over the room! All bills included. On street parking permit available at your own cost.

You will be living with a 30 year old female professional and 1 very sweet, well-behaved Golden Retriever. I work from home most of the time. I am sociable, clean and tidy, respectful of peoples spaces/belongings and am looking for a housemate who is the same.

The Room:
- Decent sized, well-lit room that allows for a double or king sized bed, work desk, chair and wardrobe. The pictures do not do the size of the room justice! Please note furnishings in the video are not included.

- The room is being offered unfurnished, but furnishings can be arranged if preferred.

The House:
- 3 bed terraced house
- There will only be a total of 2 people sharing the house, 3rd room is used as a storage room
- The house itself is completely furnished and kitchen equipped with all appliances.
- 1 Shared bathroom

Area:
- About a 10 minute walk from Rugby train station and the town centre, which has lots of restaurants and pubs
- Ample on street parking in front of the house (permit must be purchased)
- About a minutes walk away from a lovely, well maintained park
- Rugby Station is well connected to several cities and towns throughout the Midlands and down south (e. g. less than 1 hr direct to London Euston, roughly 30 mins direct to Birmingham, 20 mins direct to Coventry and Milton Keynes, 20 mins with 1 change to Leamington Spa)

I rent through a landlord so please note you will be required to go through referencing and a security deposit will need to be put down!
