Double Room In Spacious House

Lovely double bedroom! Most of the time you'll be sharing the spacious house with one other person because I'm out of the house a lot.

Bills included (gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband.)

Ideal location just 5-7 minutes walk to the town centre and the train station.

There's permit parking on the road which I can provide a permit for.

The main bathroom upstairs is shared, and has an incredible bath. I wasn't a bath person before I lived here but this one has converted me!

Downstairs there's a kitchen, dining room and living room as well as a downstairs toilet.
