Double room in quirky town house

Double Room – Friendly House Share, Close to Station

Spacious double room available in a well-kept townhouse just a few minutes' walk from the train station.

The house is shared with two professional males (mid-30s) and a small, very friendly dog. Both of us work full-time and are involved in music (two DJs and a producer), so you may occasionally hear a bit of music, but we keep things considerate. We’re sociable but respectful of space.

The room & house:

Double room next to a large, modern bathroom (shared)

Weekly cleaner for communal areas

Bright kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of storage

Comfortable reception room.

Garden with patio seating*

Occasional short-stay guests in fourth bedroom.

About the garden:

The garden backs onto the mezzanine space (my room), but I’m happy to arrange access during agreed times or with prior notice.. otherwise it is accepted that the garden area is solely part of my space.

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and comfortable living with a dog.

(Smokers accepted but only outside, vaping is okay)
