The garden has a patio area with table and chairs, room for a BBQ, bicycle rings and space for a motorbike. The garden is due for upgrades in summer.
All rooms are for single occupancy, with occasional overnight visitors.
There is a bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet downstairs.

A convenience store is 100 metres away, though Elliot’s Field and Tesco are a short walk away. There is on-street parking outside. The train station is three minutes away; the town centre is up to 10 minutes. Trains run regularly to Coventry (10 mins), Birmingham (30 Mins) and London (1hr). The motorway is three minutes by car.
The Deal:
The contract is for six months, then defaults to a monthly periodic contract, which can be terminated without fault by either party giving six weeks’ notice. The deposit is secured in the deposit protection scheme, with a free arbitration service to solve any potential disputes independently.
The landlord is responsible for all household bills, including broadband.
