🏠The House: The occupancy has been reduced to four instead of five, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the house and creating a more homely environment. With two toilets, televisions, and communal rooms shared among only four individuals, the living experience is significantly improved.

🚘On-street parking is conveniently available directly outside, with additional spaces located on the adjacent side street. No permits are required.

🔎It is in great condition, with everything nearly new.
The comfortable living room has a 55” Freeview TV and unlimited use of 350 Mbps Wi-Fi.

🍽️ The spacious kitchen-diner, featuring a second 55” TV and Firestick, with nearly new high-capacity appliances, including an American-style fridge freezer with allocated shelving, oven hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, as well as pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Ample individually allocated and communal storage space.

The train station is a mere six-minute walk, and the town centre can be reached within 10 minutes. Trains operate frequently to Coventry (10 minutes), Birmingham (30 minutes), and London (56 minutes). Regular bus services connect to Lutterworth and the surrounding areas. The motorway is just a three-minute drive.

💻The Deal: The contract is for three months, after which it defaults to a monthly rolling contract, guaranteed no rent increases for at least 12 months. Prospective tenants, please provide references from a previous landlord, wage slips, & photo ID.
