4‑Bedroom House for Rent–Looking for Handy Tenants

I’m renting out a fully furnished four‑bedroom house with a garden. It includes a hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a boiler room with space for a washing machine. I prefer tenants who are practical and can handle small tasks like minor painting or simple repairs, and I cover the material costs. I’ve had great experiences with Romanian tenants in the past and would be happy to welcome similar tenants again.
