Near Tesco, cinema, bowling, gym, restaurants Elliots Field shopping centre and petrol/svs station. 5 min drive to town centre. Use of kitchen, Dining Room and bathroom shared with very friendly landlady. Garden to relax. No pets and smoking is only allowed outside. All bills inclusive. The person should be trustworthy as I expect he/she to look after the the house whilst I go away or on holiday. As I am a tidy person I expect the person to be tidy and not noisy but sociable.
