I have a double room for single occupancy available I have enclosed a few more details about the house and the room for your information.

With regards the house it has two toilet rooms with two showers and one bath. A cleaner will come to the house every other week and clean all communal areas. A communal lounge with digital channels, TV and furnishings . A communal dinning room with tables to eat at. A well equipped kitchen a separate laundry room including washing machine and f/freezer. Free secure wireless broadband is found throughout the property. Downstairs is a large wet room with shower and W/C whilst upstairs has a bathroom with bath, shower and W/C. The bedroom has a double bed with mattress, wardrobe and a 3-drawer unit. Rear garden for those lovely warm sunny days. Plenty parking, 5 minute walk from all local amenities including banks, post office and take-a-ways, 5 minute walk from Rugby Town Centre, Grosvenor Road is also close to a major bus route and 5 minutes walk from Rugby train station.

The bedroom is £395. All gas, electricity, water, council tax etc will be paid for by the company (Gameson's Lettings), there are no hidden costs. A one-month notice period is all that is required and that is affective from the date given in writing. Rent money is collect on the 1st or as near as each month and can be paid in different ways.
