We are pleased to offer 2 double rooms (for single occupation) in a well maintained shared house. The rooms are furnished to a very good standard and comprise double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The house has wifi and all bills are included.

The house is situated close to the centre of Rugby and is well positioned for all motorways, Rugby railway station and industrial estates.
