This is the only home we manage. This means we are attentive to any maintenance issues, and treat you with respect, and as an individual. By living here, you won't only gain a home but friends.

- Free unlimited fast MBps fibre-broadband and WiFi.
- All bills included.
- Fully furnished bedrooms with plenty of storage.

- kitchen (pans, crockery, and pots are provided; your own food cupboard, fridge and freezer space),
- breakfast room,
- lounge,
- snug (with a separate sofa and dining table - perfect for some privacy when you have friends around),
- upstairs bathroom (shower/bath/toilet) for the 3 non-ensuite rooms,
- additional downstairs toilet,
- utility room with washing machine, more storage, etc.
- spacious south-facing garden overlooking Rugby,
We are seeking a professional looking for at least 6 months. Sadly no: pets, smoking, or sharing couples.
