I am a 25 year old professional female looking for a house mate.
I would like someone who likes to socialise and perhaps enjoys the odd glass of wine or two!!
The room is ready for someone to move in as soon as they are ready! It is all new inside and has 2 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a downstairs toilet and a garden (that's not quite finished yet - but will be in time for some summer sun!).
I do have a cat so you must like cats or put up with them at least!
I have broadband and the usual home utilities! The house will be fully furnished with the exception of the room I am letting out.
I enjoy going to the gym, socialising and watching a good soap or two!
The house has on road parking and is in walking distance of the train station and the town centre.
The price includes general home amenities (hand soap, toilet roll etc) and the cleaning of the house.
