Lovely clean house looking for respectful tenants with one double room available, last tenant has been in the house for the last two years but has had a change of circumstances. There is three bathrooms in the house, two of which are shared between the two tenanted rooms.

Broadband throughout the house and ample parking. Fully equipped kitchen and sky tv. Bills included. Railway station approx 1 mile away, large tesco approx 500m away, town centre 3 miles away. M6 junction one 1 mile away.

We live in Spain and generally are away usually only spending 4-5 months in the U. K at the house, the rest of the time there is only one other tenant who has 2 bedrooms for himself. We don't mind smokers as long as you only smoke outside.
