I am a 27 year old professional male looking for a lodger. I'm a hard working, laid back, friendly lad who respects personal space but am also sociable. I spend most of my time working or training so I am out of the house most of the time.

Looking for a quiet, tidy and easygoing lodger.

A lovely, spacious, furnished double bedroom with large built in wardrobes, located on the middle floor of a three story end-of-terrace house. You will have your own very spacious main bathroom, consisting of shower/bath, sink and toilet. This will be not be used by myself as my room is on the top floor with en-suite.

Downstairs, the property consists of comfortable lounge, a reasonably sized kitchen and a toilet.

Kitchen includes electric cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.

The property is a 5 minute walk from the local Co-op, Fish n Chip shop, Chinese and Hair Salon.

The property also benefits Sky Broadband (Wi-Fi Access).

I would like to live with someone who is polite, friendly and tidy. I am sociable, but I also value and respect privacy, so would ideally hope for someone similar.
