The house is situated within walking distant (10 minutes max) from the railway station, center of town and a near by park.
The house comprise of a new kitchen, down stairs toilet and further two new bathrooms.

I am looking for a non smoker, professional person who is trustworthy and friendly, clean and tidy and should be willing to clean up after themselves.

Facilities Includes all bills- council tax, heating, electricity, broadband,
short week will be considered and fee will be discussed accordingly.
