*Parking to outside of house (please note this is on the street and not allocated parking- parking permits are not required).

House is located with walking distance to both town centre and train station. There are several local shops and a Tesco's express all within 10 mins walk.

The house is decorated and kept to a good standard and cleaned regularly.

I am looking for a working person to rent this room, ideally a non smoker. Sorry no DSS. I would like a reference from a previous landlord and one months rent in advance. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further information.
