Room to let in Rugby bills included

Hi,

We have 3 rooms to let in rugby, sharing a large house with 1 professional male

Room 1 on the top floor is a double room with its own bathoom (pictures show double bed with no cover on mattress and blue bathroom with shower and bath)

Room 2 and 3 are on the groundfloor with a shared bathroom (pictures show double shower room with a double room with pink bed sheet, the 3rd room is currently empty and furniture will be provided upon let)

All rooms include bills and broadband, there is a shared kitchen and lounge in addition and a garden with decking and grass area.

Housemates should be professional, friendly and tidy

Tenant will have to be vetted professionally at their own cost of £80 per tenant
