I have a large, clean and comfortable, simply furnished modern room for a single person with a generous en suite shower room on the top floor of my 3 bedroom house. There is a shared lounge and kitchen and rear garden, off street parking and unlimited internet access. It is fifteen minutes walk from Rugby town centre. I am looking for a single, non smoking professional who must love dogs. I have two friendly collie crosses. The room would be available from Monday to Friday/Sunday to Thursday weekly and would suit someone working in the area but living away at weekends. Good connections with M1, M6 and A5.
