The room has an en-suite shower room with large shower, basin and WC.
The door is lockable with key on the exterior and a turn knob inside.
The house has gas central heating and the room radiator has a thermostatic valve control.
The house is conveniently located 7 minute walk from the town centre and 3 minute walk to the railway station, which has a fast and regular service to Birmingham 30 minutes and London 80 minutes.
Housemates are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy
Downstairs there is a lounge with leather sofas, a large television.
The kitchen has two fridges, microwave, dishwasher, ample storage cupboards, granite worktops with a breakfast bar.
There is a utility cupboard with two washing machines and dryers and the garden has a rotary clothes drier.
The property has SKY ull fibre unlimited Wi-Fi broadband (cost included in rent).
The garden has security rings where bicycles can be attached and a patio area with table and chairs for barbecues etc when the British weather permits.
There is a convenience store 100 meters from the property for essentials which is open long hours but main supermarkets etc are in town 5 minutes away
The car parking in the street outside is controlled by permits and these cost approximately £25 per year.
