Double Room in Executive House

Recently decorated lovely double bedroom for single occupancy.
Close to Amazon, Hermes, H&M warehouses (under 15min walk). The bathroom is next door to the bedroom and is only shared with one other room

The room contains the following items of furniture:

The room consists of a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a TV cable ready for your own TV.

The kitchen/diner, garden, garage and utility room are shared.

The utility room includes a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

There is no need to bring cutlery, pots/pans. Everyone has their own allocated cupboard and fridge/freezer space in the kitchen.

All bills and Fibre Optic Super Fast broadband is included. House is kept very tidy and there is a weekly cleaner.

Everyone is very friendly and sociable. Prefer longer term lodgers.
