There will be a new under counter fridge and microwave for use and a kettle. No other cooking facilities are available and no washing machine. Hence very reasonable rent.
Would suit someone needing to work away from home or student wanting a quiet place to stay. Off road parking available. You will need a car as buses are vague and rare. Five minutes from junction 15 of M40. Twenty minute drive to Warwick uni/Coventry
Happy to accept term time only payments for student with small retainer to keep room over holidays
