En-suite bedroom & own sitting room & kitchenette

This is not a typical house-share but I can't advertise it as a flat. You have your own ground floor accommodation including en-suite shower room, double bed, own sitting room and own kitchenette. On-road parking space outside or private parking space at rear of property for a small car. Access to tiny garden.

I will need occasional access to kitchenette for washing machine and access to garden but usually can do that when you are at work. We all share the front door and hallway. I live on the top two floors with my partner. We both work part-time.

Single occupancy only, Monday to Friday preferred but will consider other. Professional with references only.

The sitting room is furnished with a sofa and coffee table. Can provide a TV if required. It opens out onto the small but pretty garden. The kitchenette has a two ring hob, toaster, kettle, combi microwave/convection oven, fridge and sink.

All bills included, including fast broadband.

The property is walking distance to the town centre (max 15 mins). In the town there are pubs, gift-shops, boutiques, post-office, three supermarkets and a leisure centre. There is a bus-stop on the adjacent road but not a very regular bus service.

Nearest bigger towns are Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Banbury and Warwick. All are between 25-40 mins away by car.
