Double room for single use in quiet cottage

One large double bedroom for single use, available in shared cottage, central Shipston on Stour. We are a working married couple who enjoy sharing our home. We have 2 lounges including a garden room and a nice garden. Newly fitted shower room with rainfall shower. We also have 2 friendly dogs.

The room has a good quality double bed (with storage under, single bed, 2 windows, reclining chair, small wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have Wifi, good size fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Plus separate dining room. We are a mostly quiet house, who both work full-time. Car parking is available on the road close to the house. The town is 2 minutes walk and includes supermarket, chemist and independent shops.

We are flexible with number of nights the room is available, rent of £150 per week is based on upto 5 nights a week. Wifi, electric, gas and council tax included. Please get in contact for full-time rental, happy to consider it for £650 per month
