I'm a live-in landlord. .

I have two rooms available.

Front room (with double bed) is available from 1st December.
Rear room (single bed) is available from January 2026.

Each room is £600 pcm.

Both are double room for single occupancy only. Rooms are furnished.

Quiet countryside location within easy travelling distance to Stratford (20 mins),
Warwick (30 mins), Leamington and Oxford (40 mins).

The house has one main shared bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom (with toilet). My lodger/s have access to the kitchen.

I am looking for someone who would fit well into a tidy and quiet household.

All bills and CT are included in rent.
Also includes high-speed internet and TV licence.

The house is in a lovely area, with easy access to countryside walks and to the small town of Shipston.

Off-road parking is available on the drive.

A basic character or employment reference would be required and also need to sign a simple lodging agreement (to be supplied).
