I am looking for a kind, easy going and clean professional to share.

Ideally looking for a professional or mature student who needs to rent a room, it’s situated in the old town ,has a pretty walled private garden and lots of quiet spaces and large comfortable patio area.
We need you to be a working person or fulltime student and that you do not work from home or operate a business. Some study/work time at home is of course ok, just not on a full-time basis.
If you are a mature, sensible ,person with a professional outlook and sense of humor , you will appreciate what our home has to offer.
