Double room for single occupant.
Bedroom opens into garden room that functions as your own lounge. Shared shower room with one other person. Plan is to turn utility room into kitchenette for lodger. No photos of bedroom as yet as its currently functioning as gym room.

Landlords work in sensitive positions so need lodger with recent dbs and references. We have 2 cats and chilled dogs in house so unlikely to accommodate more pets at present.
We are a family of 4: 2 adults 2 older teens. All are working or college.

Small modern garden to rear. Quiet area on edge of town, 10 mins to walk in. Parking on road or off road by garage.
