TWO Double rooms available in house share until early July. One room available possibly longer
About me : I’m, Matthew. I only spend half the time in the UK so for the time I'm not here I have lodgers. This time I’m looking for TWO people to rent it. The first person will have some say as to who they share with. You need be clean, tidy and easy going. I’m extremely fair and reasonable and am looking for like minded individuals.
About the house :
Killarney Corner is located on a prominent corner position within three minutes walk of the town centre. A semi-detached end terraced bar converted cottage with two good sized double bedrooms. A small courtyard at the rear.
One room is a short term let and the other is initially a short term but possibly a longer term if it works out. You’ll have full use of the house including kitchen, lounge and small outside terrace.
Both rooms are of similar size. Bedroom One has a wardrobe and storage. Bedroom Two is slightly larger with much more headroom and has a clothes hanging area but no actual usable wardrobe as I keep my things in it whilst I’m away. This one is very slightly cheaper.
Initially this is a short term let until the first week in July. One of the bedrooms might possibly be more permanent.
The house is fully furnished with everything you need. It has gas fire central heating with hot water on demand with a combo boiler.
COSTS :
On top of the base rent there will be a contribution towards the utilities. Please ask for more details.
Double Bedroom ONE 13′ long by approximately 10 feet wide (Reducing the head height again) double aspect with dormer window to Sheep Street and a window to the side of the property at Darlingscote Road. two radiators, fine exposed roof timbers and cupboard (used as an airing cupboard) storage shelving and spotlights. Central heating radiator, wardrobe and storage area above.
Double Bedroom one 16' x 9′ ft Reducing head height with exposed timbers, a dormer window overlooking the patio area at the back of the property.
