Room for Rent - with own space

A good sized room on the bottom floor of a town house, with an excellent en- suit bathroom and your own seperate sitting room. A kitchenette/utility room is also available which incorporates the shared washing machine. The bottom floor of the house would essentially be your private space apart from my access to the stairs (and my space) and garden. The washing machine is the only shared element of this arrangement. Available only to a mutually consistently respectful clean easy going and polite professional.
