Hello! I have a spare room available and am looking for a lodger - description below, please contact if you're interested! I am posting this on behalf of the second owner/live in landlord, Tom (we own it together, however I am moving out and he will be staying, hence why the spare room is now up for rent).

Furnished, double bedroom with built-in wardrobes (you'll have tonnes of space for clothes etc). You'll have your own bathroom on the same floor with toilet and bath/shower.

Tom's room is at the top of the house, so you'll pretty much have the whole 1st floor to yourself.

Third bedroom has been turned into an office with enough space for two so if you work from home feel free to use it.

Off road parking in the double driveway, there is also a garage if you need to store larger items etc.
