Peaceful Double Room in a village - House

My home is a very peaceful house, of decent size, tucked away in a cul de sac in the village of Stockton, away from road noise.
Local amenities include, grocery store, pub, social club, church, lots of countryside, public footpaths, 20 min drive to Gaydon (JLR), 20 min drive to Rugby, 20 min drive to Leamington. Gyms (x3) all within 5-6 min drive.
Bus 3 min walk from house (in village) and will take you to Leamington, Warwick or Rugby.

I’m a 35 yo British white male, a professional, who works at JLR. My home is a primarily a sanctuary relaxation, peace and quiet. However, I also enjoy hanging out and socialising, I’m quite often out and about, I hybrid work, workout 4 times a week, hike and play sports occasionally.

I’d prefer a housemate who is relatively relaxed, likes to hang out occasionally but also appreciates peace and quiet at home.

So, people who work regular hours 8-4 or 9-5 for example are ideal, so I’d prefer no super early morning or late nights, I love getting a good nights sleep!

I have a little cat who’s basically my best friend, so the person interested must like cats and ensure she isn’t aloud outside, this is super important.

In short, if you’re a relatively relaxed and quiet person who wants somewhere peaceful, rural and safe with the nice village lifestyle then you could be a good house mate.

I do have a garage and utility space, which could be modified to your liking, this would be additional cost and would have to be discussed.
