I have a large double room available in a house in a small village near Gaydon. The room is fully furnished (can be unfurnished if required). The house has two bathrooms- both with showers, a living room, dining room and a large kitchen. There is also off road parking, a large garden and a garage.

The house would be shared with an easy going live-in landlord and one other tennant.

Price includes all bills including broadband, Netflix, use of washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer.

Long, short and Mon - Fri lets considered.
