Monday to Friday, large double room longer consid

Large double room in quite duplex flat, see pics one up one down, on top, nice homely accommodation, all inclusive of bills, good internet access also, near G, ELLIOT hospital, near bus route, convenience store, chemist, garage, popular area, one smaller room soon as well, Due to being on top floor, must be considerate to elderly lady downstairs ( noise wise ) I’m pretty laid back but obviously various things to point out ( don’t like rules ) ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS, no overnight guests, no loud music and consideration for the flat down below, new refurbished bathroom, adequate kitchen area, Television in lounge and the bedrooms, Mon to Friday but can accommodate extra night if needed ( overtime ) would consider full week @ £150, for short periods only. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
