Clean room in reach of town and GE hospital

Single room in-house shared with landlord. Shared access to all communal areas - living room, kitchen, garden etc . Easy going very few house rules - council tax band A. On major bus route to town but also in reasonable walking distance to town and George Eliot Hospital. Most bills included but not food. Broadband and Sky/ Netflix. Would be suitable for someone in full time work - would consider home / hybrid workers but with a small increase in rent to reflect additional energy use.
