Large double room available for professional female, in recently refurbished mid-terrace house. The house has recently had a new roof and boiler so nice and cosy in the colder months.

House has 3 bedrooms in total, with 2 shared living areas (living room and separate dining room), shared kitchen and ground floor bathroom.

I am looking for an extremely clean and tidy female, to join our lovely household and someone who is able to communicate well when it comes to household matters.

There are two females currently living in the property, who are kind, clean, respectful and would welcome one more clean, respectful and conscientious person to move in to share the property.

Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria (we are looking for a female, no couples, no families, no pets).

One thing to mention is we also have a cat, he is a British short hair and very cute, so the person moving in would need to be ok with living with cats (no allergies etc).
