Double room available in Nuneaton

Large double room available immediately for professional person, in recently refurbished mid terrace house. The house has recently had a new roof and a new boiler, so nice and cosy.

House has 3 bedrooms in total, with 2 shared living areas (living room and dining room) shared kitchen and ground floor bathroom.

Looking for a clean, tidy, considerate, and conscientious female to join our lovely household, someone who is able to communicate well when it comes to household matters.

Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria (no couples, no families, no pets). I have a cat so the person moving in must be ok with pets, he is an indoor short hair cat.

The two people at the house currently are both working professionals, I am looking for one working professional to stay short term (3 - 6 months considered) or longer term (12 months or longer).

The room has a small double bed), 2 x wardrobes with a good size chest of drawers. I have loft space too, if you need to store extra items.

Pls note I have one larger double now available. The smaller double has now been taken.
