Large double room available for a professional female in a recently refurbished mid-terrace house. New roof and boiler, so nice and warm, and well looked after.

3 bedrooms in total, with shared living room, dining room, kitchen and ground floor bathroom.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, considerate and easy to live with — good communication is important as it’s a shared rather than a regular house share.

Please note:
No couples, families or pets.
I do have a cat, so you’ll need to not have any allergies and be very considerate and conscientious.

There are currently one working professional living at the house. It’s a lovely house and more a home than your typical shared house.

Rooms available short term (3–6 months) or longer term considered (up to 2 years).

Both Mon-Friday (week stay) and Full time (7 days a week) available

The small double room has a small double bed, a wardrobe, double chest of drawers and a desk.

There’s also loft space if you need extra storage.

The larger room is even more spacious and has 2 double wardrobes, small double bed, a chest of drawers and desk.

Lovely back garden for the summer too.

Rent - Small Double:
£350 Mon-Fri / £398 full time (7 days a week)

Rent - Large Double
£370 Mon-Fri / £430 full time (7 days a week)
